ZI YONE is derived from the Taiwanese Hokkien term “日用 (jit-iōng),” meaning things that are used in daily life.
Most works are handcrafted, situated between collectible design and everyday objects. We hope these pieces are not only collected, but also enter daily life, becoming objects that are used and lived with.
Within a structured creative process, forms emerge and flow, gradually developing their own visual language. This process can be adjusted, yet can never be fully predicted, like an ongoing form of alchemy.
